Founder Director

An Engineer (Mechanical) from Sardar Patel College of Engineering and an MBA from Mumbai University, Mangesh brings in the market leadership for Symbiosis, owing to his 30 plus years of corporate, entrepreneurial and academic experience.

He started his career in 1986 with Mudra Communications, and then ground his teeth in advertising agencies like Mudra, Ogilvy, Leo Burnett, Madison and Lowe Lintas, working on some of the largest global consumer brands of P&G, Cadbury and Bajaj Auto. He joined Symbiosis in 2002 and has helped it scale up to become one of Mumbai’s most respected names join OOH. He is a member of the Executive Council of Indian Outdoor Advertising Association since 2014.

Alongside business, Mangesh is passionate about Management education. He was a Ex Dean-Media & Prin. L N Welingkar Institute of Management Development & Research. He has been involved with academics for more than 25 years, conducting Management Courses and Management Development Programs for corporates like McDonald's, Bayer etc.

His passion towards teaching has enabled him to commence a new service line through the ‘National Institute of Digital Communications’ where he focuses on focuses on the development of individuals by learning about what the future is going to look like! He has been trained in Participant-Centered Learning (Case study methodology) at Harvard Business School, Massachusetts, US and Harvard Campus in Shanghai.

Aman joshi

Academic Council

Aman Joshi is a digital marketing professional with over a decade of experience in digital marketing, mainline marketing & technology. His experience comes from both sides of business - client and agency.

On the client side, he has led digital marketing at various prestigious companies like Tata Value Homes Ltd, Tata Croma and as Assistant Vice President Digital Marketing at Edelweiss Commodities Services Ltd.

On the agency side he has led Digital Strategy, Digital Media Planning & Buying at Adfactors PR for various renowned brands like PwC, Goa Tourism, ISB Hyderabad etc.

Aman’s, vast experience cuts across all functions of digital marketing like analytics, media planning, account planning, influencer management, mobile apps, content, videos, advertising, crisis management etc.

He has studied Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology and MBA in Business Design.

Aman is active in the digital marketing circuit and is actively involved in influencer meets, round tables, television shows, mentorship programs etc. He is also faculty of Digital Marketing at various colleges including Welingkar Institute of Management & Pralhad Kakkar School of Branding & Entrepreneurship apart from National Institute of Digital Communications.
